In 2018, our founders were running a successful three-location burger concept. But they were drowning in tablets. They were paying 30% commissions to third-party delivery apps, and had zero idea who their actual customers were.
They realized the industry was broken. The software that was supposed to help restaurants was actually exploiting them. So they built Menu: an all-in-one operating system designed to put the restaurant back in control.
